§ 1001.102. RESTRICTION ON MUNICIPAL OR COUNTY TAXATION. The City of Amarillo or a county may not impose a tax for hospital purposes on property within the district. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 729, § 1.01, eff. April 1, 2007.
