§ 1001.111. CONTRACTS FOR SERVICES TO CERTAIN 
PERSONS.  Subject to the approval of the governing body, the board 
may contract with:
		(1)  a county or municipality for the care and 
treatment of a sick or injured person of that county or 
municipality;  and
		(2)  this state or a federal agency for the care and 
treatment of a person for whom the state or agency is responsible.
