§ 1002.055. COMPENSATION; REIMBURSEMENT. A director serves without compensation but may be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred by the director in the performance of official duties on the approval of the expenses by the board. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, § 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
