§ 1002.102. LIMITATION ON CERTAIN POLITICAL 
SUBDIVISIONS.  A political subdivision other than the district in 
Brazoria County may not impose taxes or issue bonds or other 
obligations for hospital purposes or to provide medical care for 
district residents.
