§ 1004.005. DISTRICT SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE NOT STATE OBLIGATION. The state may not be obligated for the support or maintenance of the district. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 729, § 1.01, eff. April 1, 2007.
