§ 1004.057. COMPENSATION;  REIMBURSEMENT.  A director or 
officer serves without compensation but may be reimbursed for 
actual expenses incurred in the performance of official duties.  
The expenses must be:
		(1)  reported in the district's records;  and                                 
		(2)  approved by the board.
