§ 3824.158. MUNICIPALITY NOT REQUIRED TO PAY DISTRICT OBLIGATIONS. Except as provided by Section 375.263, Local Government Code, a municipality is not required to pay a bond, note, or other obligation of the district. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 729, § 1.03, eff. April 1, 2007.
