§ 8812.002. NATURE OF DISTRICT. The district is a groundwater conservation district in Victoria County created under and essential to accomplish the purposes of Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 661, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2005.
