§ 228.008. TOLLS ON EXCLUSIVE LANE. The department may
not charge a toll for the use of an exclusive lane unless:
(1) the lanes or multilane facility adjacent to the
exclusive lane is tolled; or
(2) a vehicle that is authorized to use the tolled
exclusive lane is authorized to use nontolled adjacent lanes or an
adjacent nontolled multilane facility.
