§ 228.103. APPLICABILITY OF OTHER LAW; CONFLICTS. All
laws affecting the issuance of bonds by governmental entities,
including Chapters 1201, 1202, 1204, 1207, and 1371, Government
Code, apply to bonds issued under this subchapter. To the extent of
a conflict between those laws and this subchapter, the provisions
of this subchapter prevail.
