§ 254.018. APPROPRIATION FOR DITCH CONSTRUCTION. Following its approval of the report of the jury of view, the commissioners court may order that a portion of the road and bridge fund or the special road and bridge fund, if necessary, be set aside for the construction of the ditch described in the report. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
