§ 257.006. APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER TO COUNTY OPERATING UNDER SPECIAL ROAD TAX LAW. A county operating under a special road tax law may take any action authorized by this chapter. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, § 23, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
