§ 257.122. INTEREST RATE AND MATURITY OF BONDS.  Bonds 
issued under this subchapter shall mature not later than the 40th 
anniversary of the date of their issuance and shall bear interest at 
a rate not to exceed that provided by Chapter 1204, Government Code.
