§ 282.006. TOLL. The commissioners court and the franchisee shall agree on a reasonable toll to impose for all cattle, railroads, persons, or vehicles that pass through the underpass or tunnel. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
