§ 284.207. ATTENDANCE ON HEARING. (a) The peace officer or toll road agent who alleges a violation is not required to attend the hearing. (b) The failure of a person charged with an offense to appear at the hearing is considered an admission of liability for the violation. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, § 30.18(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
