§ 284.208. DECISION OF HEARING OFFICER. (a) The hearing
officer shall issue a decision stating:
(1) whether the person charged is liable for a
violation of the order; and
(2) the amount of the fine and costs to be assessed
against the person.
(b) The hearing officer shall file the decision with the
county clerk.
(c) A decision of a hearing officer filed under Subsection
(b) must be kept in a separate index and file. The decision may be
recorded using a computer printout, microfilm, microfiche, or a
similar data processing technique.
