Texas Transportation Code - Section 312.003. Highway Improvement

§ 312.003. HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT.  A municipality may:                        
		(1)  order the improvement of a highway in the 
municipality's limits;       
		(2)  select the materials and methods to be used in that 
construction;  and 
		(3)  contract for the construction in the name of the 
municipality.
