§ 316.010. POLITICAL SUBDIVISION NOT REQUIRED TO OBTAIN PERMIT. This chapter does not require a political subdivision of this state to obtain a permit to establish or maintain an improvement or facility authorized by other law. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
