§ 62.062. PILOTAGE CHARGES INAPPLICABLE. Pilotage charges under this subchapter do not apply to a vessel of 20 tons or less or to a vessel that is excepted by a federal statute or regulation. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
