§ 66.013. OATH. Before beginning service as a board member, each board member must take and sign, before a person authorized to administer oaths, an oath to faithfully and impartially discharge the duties of the office. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
