§ 67.003. APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER. (a) This chapter applies only to a Galveston County port. (b) This chapter does not affect the existing laws for ports in other counties, and those laws do not apply to ports located in Galveston County. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
