§ 67.040. TERMS OF LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES.  (a) A 
branch pilot's license expires on the fourth anniversary of the 
date it is issued or renewed.
	(b)  A deputy branch pilot's certificate expires on the 
second anniversary of the date it is issued and may not be renewed.
