§ 67.062. PILOTAGE RATE CHANGE APPLICATION. (a) An
application for a change in a pilotage rate may be filed with each
commissioner of the board by:
(1) one or more pilots; or
(2) the owner, agent, or consignee of a vessel
navigating to or from a Galveston County port.
(b) The application must contain:
(1) a brief statement of the circumstances that
warrant the change; and
(2) a certification that the applicant has submitted
copies of the application to all known pilots, consignees, and
associations of consignees operating in Galveston County at the
time of the application.
