§ 68.042. DEPUTY BRANCH PILOT.  A person who has been 
issued a deputy branch pilot's certificate may not be issued a 
deputy branch pilot's certificate before the fifth anniversary of 
the date the person was previously issued a deputy branch pilot's 
certificate.
