§ 68.101. ASSOCIATION SERVICES.  The association shall 
provide for the use and benefit of each branch pilot member:
		(1)  real property and buildings suitable for use as a 
pilot station;       
		(2)  appropriate communications facilities;                                   
		(3)  pilot boats for transportation to and from 
vessels;  and               
		(4)  other equipment and facilities authorized by 
majority vote of the members of the association.
