§ 70.018. PILOT REVIEW BOARD.  The board shall establish 
a pilot review board consisting of two active state-commissioned 
pilots serving the Port of Corpus Christi, two members of the marine 
industry, and a chairperson, who, or whose designee, shall be the 
secretary of the board, to hear and review complaints against 
pilots and to make recommendations to the board concerning the 
complaints.
