§ 70.043. SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF DEPUTY BRANCH 
PILOT'S CERTIFICATE.  A deputy branch pilot certificate may be 
suspended or revoked by the board in the same manner and for the 
same reasons as provided for the suspension or revocation of a 
branch pilot's license by Section 70.042.
