§ 101.008. CONSTRUCTION WITH FEDERAL AUTHORITY. This subtitle shall be construed to apply so as not to conflict with any authority of the United States. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
