§ 12.203. ANNUAL REPORT. (a) The commission shall prepare annually a complete and detailed written report accounting for all funds received and disbursed by the commission during the preceding fiscal year. The annual report must meet the reporting requirements applicable to financial reporting in the General Appropriations Act. (b) In the annual report issued in the year preceding the convening of each regular session of the legislature, the commission shall make suggestions regarding modification and improvement of the commission's statutory authority and for the improvement of utility regulation in general that the commission considers appropriate for protecting and furthering the interest of the public.
