§ 12.252. COMMISSION AUTHORITY. The commission, after notice and hearing, may require each utility subject to regulation under this title to make an effort to overcome the underuse of historically underutilized businesses. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
