§ 161.051. INCORPORATORS.  (a) Three or more individuals 
may act as incorporators of an electric cooperative by executing 
articles of incorporation as provided by this chapter.
	(b)  An incorporator must:                                                     
		(1)  be at least 21 years of age;  and                                        
		(2)  reside in this state.
