§ 161.064. BYLAWS.  (a) The board may adopt, amend, or 
repeal the bylaws of the cooperative.
	(b)  The bylaws may contain any provision for the regulation 
and management of the affairs of the electric cooperative that is 
consistent with the articles of incorporation.
