§ 162.006. CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS. A telephone cooperative that constructs communication lines or facilities must at a minimum comply with the standards of the National Electrical Safety Code in effect at the time of construction. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
