§ 17.007. ELIGIBILITY PROCESS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 
DISCOUNTS.  The commission by rule shall provide for an integrated 
eligibility process for customer service discounts, including 
discounts under Sections 39.903 and 55.015.
