§ 181.021. DEFINITIONS.  In this subchapter:                                
		(1)  "Gas facility" means a pipe, main, conductor, or 
other facility or fixture used to carry gas.
		(2)  "Gas utility" means a person, firm, corporation, 
or municipality engaged in the business of transporting or 
distributing gas for public consumption.
