§ 54.256. APPLICATION OF CONTRACTS.  A contract approved 
by the commission between telecommunications utilities that 
designates areas and customers to be served by the utilities:
		(1)  is valid and enforceable;  and                                           
		(2)  shall be incorporated into the appropriate areas 
of certification.
