§ 56.001. DEFINITIONS.  In this chapter:                                    
		(1)  "Department" means the Texas Department of Human 
Services.             
		(2)  "Designated provider" means a telecommunications 
provider designated by the commission to provide services to an 
uncertificated area under Subchapter F.
