§ 56.252. TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITIES ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE FUNDING UNDER THIS SUBCHAPTER. A telecommunications utility may receive funding under this subchapter only if: (1) the telecommunications utility is eligible to receive universal service funding under Section 56.023(b); and (2) the telecommunications utility is designated as a successor utility under Section 54.303. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 76, § 7, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
