§ 58.061. EFFECT ON CERTAIN CHARGES. This subchapter does not affect a charge permitted under: (1) Section 55.024; (2) Subchapter C, Chapter 55; or (3) Subchapter B, Chapter 56. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
