Art. 1302-5.13. LAW CUMULATIVE. A. The rights and remedies given by Articles 5.07, 5.08, 5.09, 5.10, 5.11, and 5.12 of this Part shall be construed as cumulative of all other laws in force in this State, and shall not affect, change or repeal any other remedies or rights now existing in this State for the enforcement, payment or collection of fines, penalties and forfeitures. Acts 1961, 57th Leg., p. 408, ch. 205, Sec. 1.
