Art. 2688n. COUNTIES OF 25,750 TO 28,000; COUNTY
SUPERINTENDENTS; ABOLITION OF OFFICE; TRANSFER OF DUTIES. The
office of County Superintendent is abolished in all counties having
a population of not less than 25,750 nor more than 28,000 according
to the last preceding Federal Census. After the effective date of
this Act, the duties of the office shall be performed by the County
Judge as ex officio County Superintendent.
