Art. 5206. [604] STATEMENT OF CAUSE OF DISCHARGE. Any written statement of cause of discharge, if true, when made by such agent, company or corporation, shall never be used as the cause for an action for libel, either civil or criminal, against the agent, company or corporation so furnishing same.
