Art. 581-2-8. INFORMATION ABOUT STATE EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE PROGRAM. The Commissioner or the Commissioner's designee shall provide to Board employees information and training on the benefits and methods of participation in the state employee incentive program. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1091, Sec. 1.02, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
