Art. 6132b-5.01. PARTNER'S INTEREST IN PARTNERSHIP PROPERTY NOT TRANSFERABLE. A partner is not a co-owner of partnership property and does not have an interest that can be transferred, either voluntarily or involuntarily, in partnership property. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 917, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1994.
