Art. 6265. [6411] [4355] [4104] BEGINNING OF EXISTENCE.  The 
existence of such corporation shall date from the filing of the 
articles of incorporation in the office of the Secretary of State, 
and the certificate of the Secretary of State under the state seal, 
shall be evidence of such filing.
