Art. 6343. [6540] [4481] [4214] APPLY TO ALL COMPANIES.  The 
two preceding articles shall apply to such corporations as are 
prohibited by their acts of incorporation from purchasing or 
receiving donations of land, as well as those corporations that are 
not so prohibited.
