§ 46.006. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES. (a) The appointed
commissioner is entitled to receive as compensation $15,600 a year
until otherwise provided by legislative appropriation and is
entitled to reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses while
traveling in the discharge of official duties.
(b) Repealed by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 608, § 3, eff.
