§ 13.1-612. Penalty for signing false documents
A. It shall be unlawful for any person to sign a document he knows is false
in any material respect with intent that the document be delivered to the
Commission for filing.
B. Anyone who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a
Class 1 misdemeanor.
