§ 38.2-1821. Revocation, etc., of license revokes appointment
If the Commission refuses to grant or revokes or suspends a license, any
appointment of such licensee shall likewise be revoked or suspended. No
individual whose license is revoked shall be issued another license without
first complying with all requirements of this article.
