§ 46.37.4216. Lightweight and retractable studs -- Sale of tires containing
Beginning July 1, 2001, a person may not sell a studded tire or sell a stud for installation in a tire unless the stud qualifies as a: (1) Lightweight stud under RCW 46.04.272; or (2) retractable stud that is exempt from the requirements of RCW 46.04.272. [2007 c 140 § 4; 1999 c 219 § 3.]
